we wish to order Arria V FPGAs with the ordering code 5AGXFB7K4F40I3N or 5AGXFB7K4F40I3G.
Now we get data about completely different packages with the N or G on the final place within the ordering code and a 3rd bundle referred to as flip chip bundle. We’d like data in regards to the thermal traits of all three packages. Is the RTH Junction to ambient in any respect the identical or is there a distinction?.
